  I cannot see giving Stevenson Honda any stars but in order to post a review you have to give them at least 1. Our salesman Jeremiah basically told us that they wouldn’t repair any scratches or ding or dents on the car and talked down on the detail guys, stating they did crappy work. We were skeptical until the manager Dylan told us about this “GREAT” warranty, covers “EVERYTHING, except things like windshield wipers, etc, but if your windows or locks stop work, they are covered under the warranty” When queried twice if it was covered under the zero deductible, lifetime the answer was “YES”. THAT is what SOLD us on the car. Signed papers, my husband left and they gave me the keys…one key, I asked if I could have another, I was told that the locksmith up the road could make me one for about $150. The next morning (we bought the car at night) we noticed no floor mats, called Jeremiah, and was told they were in the trunk….nope. He told me that he would get me some, went to pick those up and he tried to give me mats that said Corolla….we bought a Camry. We got 2 floor mats…two. With all this going on we decided to open the sealed envelope with all of our warranty and the first thing I saw was a charge for $3000 for a wrap…..we were charged for a warranty….we were not asked if we wanted this warranty yet led to believe it was included in the price of the car. Two weeks after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on….brought it in, they said the gas cap was faulty and it would be $100 (our deductible…the one that we were told was $0). I declined the repair. Went home, filled my car, tightened the gas cap…..have not had a problem since, check engine light is off and ECO light comes… makes sense though it says make sure you hear 1 click or engine light will come on right on the cap……not only did we get tricked into buying a $3000 warranty, but we cannot even TRUST the repair shop at which we need to take the car to fulfill the warranty. Tried to contact Pat Koballa twice with no avail. I had no intentions of giving a negative review online, this all was buried until TODAY, almost 4 months after purchased the car…. I was at the locksmith and he was showing me how to lubricate the lock for my son’s car (he was doing it on my car) and guess what…..the key that starts the engine won’t open the doors or lock the glove box!!!!!!! We were obviously sold a pile of junk!!!! There is no reason a 2016 car should have a different key for the ignition. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I removed everything Stevenson on my car because it embarrasses me to have their name on it!!! I will make sure that everyone I know knows how horrible of an experience this has been!!!! I don't even known how these people sleep at night.
