  It is a slum. All of the apartments are infested with roaches, they never call pest control and are aware of the problem. There is mold in all of the walls. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The maintenance staff, is nice enough until you need something fixed. I lived there for over a year with a clogged shower and sink in one of the bathrooms. There are affordable places that are run by better property managers around town. It's not worth the degradation. My neighbors were amazing-it was the only reason that I stayed as long as I did. However, I have witnessed people selling drugs while I was waiting for my child to get off the school bus. If you do decide to take the risk, make sure that you document everything-in writing and with pictures. They will do everything they can to take advantage of you after you move. They will tell you that you don't need a move out inspection-do yourself a favor and demand one.
