  I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come look at our washing machine. I was given a time frame of 9am-1pm, but was told I could call the morning of our appointment and they could narrow it down to a 2 hour window. I called this morning, I was given a time frame of 11am-1pm, and Chad called me just before 12 to let me know he was on his way. He was able to make the repair while at the house, and I am thrilled to pieces that we don't have to replace our 10 year old washing machine right here at Christmas! I have already recommended your company to half of my office!
