  Work right next door to this place, have always been regulars for lunch for years. i;d say a few times per week with multiple employees. Today we ordered 3 orders of Singapore rice noodles, brought them back to the office and all 3 people that ordered complained that the noodles were not cooked completely and some were hard. We called to ask if we could walk the orders back next door and have it re done, was told that they switched to a new brand of noodles so they would still be hard. Then asked if we could have it replaced with something else, ordered Drunken noodle and General Tso to replace, was told we could not order anything with noodles as a replacement. pretty much was told we had to get hibachi. Person on the phone was completely rude. We will not be back. The service has gone down hill, they switched to what we believe to be imitation shrimp so we had all started to order without in our food. Lost a lot of your local lunch business over your poor attitude and service
