  This is the most sorry uncaring company .To think I switched for better. They lie to you,.Felica and Dottie seems to get a kick out of lying.My gas bill has been paid for over 8 days.They lied about my voucher. They have both.I am a 70 yr.old woman in a house @67 degrees,and then had to stay with someone else because of their noncaring lies,and really don't value their customers. How the CEO,Kurk Bailey of the home office allow such a terrible business ,allowing inconsiderate people working for him.Wect news ,here I come. As of Jan.18th2018 ,I still have received my gas.I also called when had needle reached 35.That was in Dec.2017.My voucher was sent in on Dec. 18th@5:15 p.m. So learn a lesson don't promote them.They are as liars!!!!! Put their Mother in the cold and see how that feel.They need to put in same situation..
