  Congratulation! If you are reading this review then you have finally made the decision to make a change in your life. You will be forever happy that you made the decision to join the Go Girl Fitness team. It is one big happy sweaty family at Go Girl. Now decide on your own personal goals and go sit down with Leslie and let her explain how she can help you meet and exceed those goals. I wasn’t 100% sure of my goals when I joined but over the course of a year everything has become much more focused for me. It has been fun getting this far. I could not be happier with Leslie and her team or the wonderful women I have met along the way. Make your workout a part of your regular schedule, commit to yourself, disconnect from your mobile devise and breathe. You’ll laugh, you’ll sweat and you will see the real you start to shine through. What do you have to lose – maybe a few pounds, some bad habits and some pent-up stress? Jump in with both feet – you will be happy you did.
