  I loved several of the nurses, it was the assistants they have on call who drop the ball.
  Their record keeping needs to be looked at. A med was deleted but not commuicated. A med was added but instructions for administering it wasn't communicated. If you called for help, someone would come in and ask what you needed. They said they would tell the nurse. It never happened maybe 2 times later you would see someone.
  
  The weekends were the worse. Very understaffed. They have communication devices but prefer to yell at each other in the hall.
  
  The food was very low grade. I had my family bring me food several times because it was bad. The physical therapist area was excellent. This is the only positive area of this place.
