  The management is terrible. I'm being forced out of my apartment becuase my downstairs neighbor is bothered by the simple sounds of normal living. She gets upset by the sound of footsteps, washing machine, loading the washing machine, everything! She took a month off just to throw a tennis ball at her ceiling for 20 hours a day to make me miserable, I couldn't sleep! This was even disrupting other neighbors around her as well. We ended up having a meeting with the office manager Jessica. At the end of the meeting I gave the girl in the apt under me my number in case there were any excessive loud noises she could just text me. I just really wanted this to end. She ended up texting me about every little sound and then threatened me to complain to the office because she heard footsteps in the kitchen as well as my dogs footsteps in the kitchen at 12 midnight. This woman underneath me chose to live on the 2nd floor and noises come with that because you have two people in between you. If she doesn't like noise she should have moved to a third-floor apartment away from the sounds like I did or wear earplugs at night if she's that sensitive to sounds.
  
  I tried showing the text messages to Jessica to show her proof of how unrealistic and insane this girl under me truly is but that didn't seem to matter.... My downstairs neighbor kept on making complaints even though I was tip toeing around afraid to live in our own apartment and then Jessica ended up calling me saying that someone's going to have to move to another apartment or someone's going to get evicted. I knew that if I didn't move from my apartment that I was going to be the one getting evicted. I could just feel it, so I just volunteered to leave New Providence Park all together. I was just so sick of this whole thing.... Jessica then continue to tell me that if there are any more complaints that I was going to have to leave sooner. Even though I was the one that volunteered to leave? And I also wasn't doing anything wrong except for living in my apartment like a normal person! She said that the staff wasn't allowed to pick sides but I'm pretty sure she is picking sides by threatening me to be forced out of my apartment sooner if the crazy woman underneath me just simply makes a false complaint. I even had text message proof that the woman underneath me was insane and unrealistic.
  
  My experience here was very very bad and I had to suffer with a insane woman underneath me for 1 year harassing me and throwing a tennis ball at her ceiling. I feel terrible for the next people that moves into my apartment - building 4525 Apt 304 right above 204 where the insane woman lives. Her name Is AJ and she drives a black 4-door Honda Civic. You might want to make sure she has moved and is gone before you try to move into the apartment above her.
  
  I basically paid $900 a month to be tortured. Be careful! The management is terrible here and you can be thrown out of your home for absolutely no reason at all.
