I terminated the agreement within the first 30 days, due to an injury suffered during orientation. I notified the personal trainer, through text, as well as a phone call. I notified the front desk and emailed corporate at 02 Fitness. They continued to debit my bank account in the amount of $567.00. They harassed me, turned me over to collection and damaged my credit. I have been told by others at various locations in Wilmington that this is their unscrupulous practice.
