  I was told by the female employee that I would get my $150 deposit back no later than five days after returning the truck. Five days later, I called Corporate and they said up to ten days! I asked Preston at Corporate, "So the girl at the Penske store just lied to me by saying five days?" and he replied saying yes. Never again.
