    I'm from the Greensboro area and get SNS nails done there regularly. Apparently this is the only shop in Wilmington that does SNS, so I got them done here when I was in town visiting a friend. Since I get them done regularly, I know that she did a horrible job. The edges around the nail beds are rough and so sloppy, the tips of my nails were left horribly jagged and felt like sandpaper. I have a calm, polite personality...I don't get snippy or impatient with service people. So, when I very patiently asked her if she was going to do a second coat (because the first coat looked terribly see through) she SNAPPED and said "can't you see I have to clean your nails first?" (It was clear she didn't actually intend to do a second coat because she'd already closed the lids.) She was so snappy even her own co-worker said "oooh, feisty." As all this wasn't bad enough, it was obvious she was in a hurry the entire time. She was Face Timing someone for the first 20 minutes. I just had this done on Friday. I can't wait to get back to Greensboro on Monday so I can have my salon fix the mess she made. I certainly won't return to Pro Nails.
