  Sales rep Steve Kramer is great, in spite of, not because of, his managers. I went to look at used Kia Souls advertised as being on the lot but nowhere to be found when I got there. Hunted the entire lot and 2 other locations with Steve visibly frustrated at the managers’ lack of interest in helping with anything. I spent 7 hours there and finally bought a Soul that was transferred from the Jacksonville Kia store at Steve’s suggestion. During the 7 hours, neither manager acknowledged any problem or even my existence. No explanation of why advertised vehicles were not there.and certainly no concern for the amount of time things took. Steve and the young lady who completed the paperwork are the only professional and customer-service oriented people I observed while there. The managers spent their time draped on a counter and even broadcast a phone call into the lot which had some inappropriate language. Very professional. The building looks tired inside with virtually no decor. Kudos to Steve for all he did. I can’t evaluate parts or service. I can only judge what I experienced. I would not purchase another vehicle from here unless I was assured that Steve Kramer would be the sales rep. Courteous treatment severely lacking in this place on the part of all others.

  Bought a me car yesterday from them and it was a fantastic experience. Our salesman Jason was great and found us the SUV we wanted. The rest of the staff was great too. It moved very quickly and by the end of the day my wife was driving home in a beautiful new Sorento. Can’t say enough great things. If you are looking for a new car this is the place.
