  After almost a year (you read that right...a YEAR!) we finally received our wedding album.
  
  We waited nearly 2 months for the initial pictures to be released. Imagine if we waited for a picture to send in the thank you notes!? Our family would have been waiting months to be thanked!
  
  Nothing was 'lightly edited' as Mandy states she will do in the contract. In the background of all of our wedding venue entrance shots is the giant word 'CATERING' off the truck parked out front. Careless and disappointing to say the least.
  
  In a nutshell, Mandy completely forgot about our album. Her job, and she FORGOT to do it, for close to a year. My husband picked the album up today. In one of many email exchanges (i had to keep reminding her about the job she needed to finish)
  She actually stated 'you could have reminded me....not that its your job but it would have helped'
  That's right Mandy....its your JOB and you are doing it poorly. I hope your partner is aware of your lack of responsibility. We ended up hiring a lawyer to advise us on how to get our products without going to small claims court.

  Married: May 2017
  First Pictures (poorly edited): July 2017
  First email about album status: November 2017
  Countless email exchanges: December 2017- February 2018
  Wedding album delivered: March 2018
  
  It's sad to look at these pictures and recount the turmoil we went through with Mandy and Twig&Feather photography.
  While her photo skills are fabulous her grit and determination to please customers and do her job well is weak. You'll need a lot of patience if you hire this one.
