  Staff are very rude. Glenna Keller just cost your company a sale. You should let her know that you never know who is on the other end of the telephone. She should be fired for hanging up on people and acting like a young child to your customers. I am sure your owner would not appreciate it. Will never do business with you for this reason, so thank Glenna.
