  After my first visit I wrote a 5 star review but what happened when I went back for my follow up is what has changed my opinion about this establishment. I hadn't had an eye exam in 2 years because I can rarely afford it. I told the eye doctor the problem I was having with my contacts so he gave me a trial pair to try out. Since they didn't have any of the trial pairs in stock the woman working the contact lense desk gave me a different brand. No problem. They called me when the original trial pair came in. Went and picked them up and tried them. Didn't notice one difference until I went to order a box for each eye. The trial pair I was SUPPOSE to have that they were out of was $65 per box! Where the first trial pair I got was only $29 per box. And he got mad at the woman working the contact lense desk and heard him say, she was only suppose to get this brand, not THAT brand. Meaning that he wanted to charge me for name brand contacts that was over 2 times the amount of the off brand contacts because he would make more money Instead of doing what was in the best interest of his customer. I will not be back. Costco has better service and more affordable contact lenses anyway and you don't need a membership to see the eye doctor there.
