  Ryan is awesome! I have been doing Crossfit for about 2.5 years and was dealing with a prolonged shoulder injury that was starting to impede my progress in the sport. On a recommendation, I went to see Ryan for dry needling in the hopes of strengthening my shoulder, gaining greater mobility, and reducing pain. In approximately 5 sessions, I experienced a ton of improvement in all three areas. Ryan takes his time assessing your problem/injury and develops a detailed plan with numerous exercises to get you back on track. Highly recommend this practice!
