  I tried twice to get on the waiting list here. The first time was in February and I was looking for a May start date. The woman I talked to said I didn't need to pay the registration fee so I thought everything was fine. I didn't hear anything so I called back in early April and learned that I needed to pay the registration fee to "guarantee" a spot. So, I paid the fee. I was informed that there were now many more people in front of me on the wait list who had paid. Both times I visited the center there was paperwork everywhere and I could plainly see paperwork on the director's desk that had someone's social security number on it. I don't know if that's how they always operate, but it made me nervous to provide anything with our personal information on it. We never heard back from the center, and I was just really disappointed with the whole experience. Luckily we were able to make other arrangements, but I wanted to like this center given the great reviews.
