  Our experience at this hotel was terrible. The front desk attendant was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The problem came in when we got in our rooms. There was blood stains on the mattresses of the letout couches in both our rooms, dark brown and black stains on the regular bed mattresses not only in one of our rooms but both. There were bugs on the bed and hair as if they just made the beds without changing the linen. When reported to the manager there was no mention of replacing the mattresses but for the attendant to place the rooms on pest control list for the following month. I am grateful to the attendant that was on duty because she gave us recommendations of a different hotel and also made sure that there was available rooms for myself and my family. I can’t rate this hotel at all other than the serve the attendant gave us. She was phenomenal.
