  I have never had a problem with this store until today and I will most likely Never be back, my mother ordered "jeggings" online and when they came in they were leggings and not jeggings as stated, she decided to take them back in store with receipt and order form (showing they said jeggings) and see if she could exchange them for actual jeggings, the lady Chrystal was extremely rude and stated they couldn't do anything and maybe my mother "should read next time" I then decided to ask her, her name and she started yelling (in front of other customers) asking if I had a problem, once I stated "no, I was just wondering" she continued to raise her voice at me and continued to ask what my problem was, I calmly said nothing I was just curious. This woman should NOT be working in a children's store if she can't handle a simple question! We spend hundreds here and will NOT be returning, if this is the type of people that are hired to work here. Do not shop here unless you feel like being embarrassed and yelled at, I'm just greatful my daughters weren't with me.
