  Needed a fuel shutoff valve and could not find a match anywhere on-line or in local parts stores. The staff spent considerable time with me going over serial numbers, asking good questions until we determined which part I needed. They not only had the part, but Jeff spent time on the phone explaining what happened to the existing part and what to expect when removing the old and installing the new one. Very knowledgable staff. I also got two call backs on availability and to check part numbers to be sure we were on the same page with another item I added to the order.
