  We are new to the Wilmington community and our daughter attends Alderman. It has been a fantastic experience so far! Class sizes are small (she has just 13 kids in her class), she gets a lot of personal attention, every teacher and staff member in the school greets her by name. School leadership works hard to build a culture of kindness and respect and makes sure every child is appropriately challenged and growing. We love our new neighborhood; we're proud to say we love our neighborhood school, too.
