  Do not use this company. I originally rated this company a 5. Now after 8 months we have not received our $800 rebate from Duke Energy. I would rate them a zero because that is what we have gotten even though I have a contract that indicates i would have the rebate in 90 days. Obviously the management has not filed the appropriate paperwork and so far has stolen this amount from us.
