  Paid for Next Day 8AM Delivery, got worse than Ground!! January snow was forcast, very helpful and friendly woman at the counter told me they would be picking up early to get ahead of the snow. I was at the location when they unlocked their doors at 7am Wednesday morning. The package didn't even leave Wilmington until 11:35a Thursday morning - 3 1/2 hours AFTER it was supposed to be DELIVERED!!! It didn't even get to Charlotte until FRIDAY EVENING AT 6:51pm!!!! And now, instead of refunding me the difference in the cost, the cowards hide behind their Money Back Guarantee!! I will NEVER use FedEx again!!!
