  Fit4Life and Chris Monahan changed my life! I'm 52 and my health was declining. Knowing I was never very athletic, but had to do something to improve my health I didn't feel good about floundering around a gym. I needed someone knowledgeable who would push me to reach my goals. Chris is that Trainer! After 4 months I feel 10 years younger! My health has improved tremendously along with my focus, strength, endurance and energy levels. I NEVER thought I would say this, but I now LOVE going to the gym!!!
