  I'm not sure what doctor that last reviewer met, but in all my years I've never met a more thorough, meticulous and insightful doctor than Dr. Pasquariello. Patients will sometimes complain about the wait time getting in to see him on the day of an appointment, but that is because he's the one doctor who doesn't start a stop watch running when he steps into your examination room. He is completely focused on the patient in front of him and takes however long it takes to be incredibly thorough and answer any and all questions one may have...no matter how trivial they may seem. If you want a cursory glance over physical every so often don't go to this doctor. But, if you want someone who genuinly cares about his patients and leaves absolutely no stone unturned when it comes to all aspects of your health....from nutrion and sleep to mental health concerns, then you won't find a better man in all of Wilmington. I'm a hell of lot less concerned with my doctor's bedside manner (which I've never found to be lacking) than I am with his ability to see me as a whole person that is affected by everything from the stress of my job to my diet and beyond. Dr. Pasquariello is on hell of a doctor. If only his name was easier to spell.

  Very rude unprofessional individual. Will never return to any clinic that he is part of.
