  I had an appointment for my daughter scheduled and they had no record of it. Wanted to transfer our records to another pediatrician. Went and signed record releases. Waited two weeks and the new doctor never received the records. Called medical records and no one called back. Phone calls go unreturned. Completely unprofessional.
