  I have rented from King Properties Unlimited for the past 9 months and could not have asked for a better property manager! Cheri is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She was always available by phone, email, or text. The personally connection was so nice because you do not get that with most other companies in this area. When I had an issue, I could easily submit a service request online and it was answered right away. Also, the rent prices are very reasonable and lower than other properties I looked at. If you are looking a place to rent, I would highly recommended checking out King!
