  We called Michael & Son Saturday for an emergency sewer backup. We get it was a Saturday and an emergency call by they were EXTREMELY expensive, about $800 and they didn't fix the issue with a broken pipe, that was just to get out the clog. I think if you did the math as to how long they were there it ran about $1,000 an hour. Next time we are having a lawyer do the clog, they only charge $350 an hour! ;) We are getting a local plumber out there today to fix the pipe and will stay away from these very expensive franchise guys. Oh, and another thing, they wouldn't touch the clog until they were paid up front with a credit card. They would not invoice for the job. They know full well they have you over a barrel and take full advantage of it!
