  I usually do not write reviews; however, when an individual and a business demonstrate an remarkable level of service, I feel one is in order.
  
  My wife’s car had problems starting last Friday, so we called Mobile Tech to see if they could check it out. Despite having a very full service schedule that day, Stephen assured us that he would work it in at some point.
  
  As it turned out rats had climbed into the engine block, built a nest, chewed on a wiring harness, and since it was the weekend it would probably take a couple of days to get the parts in and installed (pitfalls of owning a Volkswagen). Stephen was outstanding in arranging for us a rental car, keeping in constant communication with us over the progress of the repair, and the repair was completed at a much lower cost than what we would have paid at the dealership.
  
  Thank you to the mechanics, and thank you Stephen for your level of service.
