  We are usually big PT fans and always stop in at least once each visit to Wilmington. But after this very disappointing visit: not so much. First, I had to return my lemonade which tasted like pretty much straight sugar. It honestly tasted like mix not fresh squeeze. Then I had to wait an inordinately long time for their only being two people waiting. Then as I was leaving one young man came out into the parking lot with my mayo and mustard. I should have known the ketchup was missing too, but I didn't look in the bag until I was back at my hotel. Where finally I opened the bag to find mostly annihilated way over cooked fries. I shouldn't be eating fries and there was no ketchup anyway, but I would like to get the quality I expect!
