  We have been living here for 12 years and really enjoy it. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in an outstanding location, close to everything.
  We can be on the beach at Carolina Beach in around 20 minutes. The office and management staff are very pleasant and responsive. The maintenance staff always responds very quickly to solve any problem. The landscaping is done weekly and always looks neat and well kept at all times.
  The apartment units are spacious and well designed to give the maximum usage of the interior footage. Great place to live!

  Hello All Sand Ridge residents,staff,owners. I moved here mid July.... love it! The staff go out of their way to help u. The landscaping is beautiful & always kept up. Most residents wave or says ‘hello’. We have awesome sized porches , pool, tennis courts, gym .... we’re located minutes to downtown and Greenfield park & lake, great fishing! Picture is the biggest Large Mouth Bass I’ve ever caught, great fun! The staff even puts on events for us! We just had a Christmas ornament exchange ,great choices everyone made, tons of food from the Staff themselves!!!! It was fun. If u didn’t make this one I highly recommend going to the events , plus u get to meet ur neighbors. It’s my HOME! Thanks!
