  It has been the worst experience I have every had. I had an appointment on June 6, the tech never showed up to our house, therefore the next appointment is set up for June 20th. I have told several stories. 1. the job was completed, 2. the tech did not complete the order, and 3. the tech could not locate our house. This is unsatisfactory and the call center has not been any help. I have gone further and reported this tech and Sears is looking into it.
