  Is there any possible chance to leave a negative star? Stop polluting the air and water with your noxious chemicals! Cat spray has never been on the list of amazingly smelling scents of nature. Stop allowing for the air to be contaminated with this disgusting smell. Downtown Wilmington has to smell this frequently. It is also noticed as a strong odor in Mid town and even as far as Poplar Grove. You need to be held accountable for your actions
