  It's a decent place, but it could use a few touches to make it better. The sushi is good, but not my favorite. Service is generally pleasant and quick. I like the complimentary crab salad they give you. My suggestions:
  1. Hot towels
  2. Background music
  3. Clean up the weird retail stuff they've got displayed in the middle of the dining room.
  4. Simplify the menu.
  5. Dim the lights a bit, ditch the cruddy overheads.
