  Ms Autumn knows that she dealt with someone other than the owners of Wells Transmission, Inc with the first repair and she was not charged the second time she returned with a problem. May of 2011 Wells was under management of The Landgren Family who were evicted after failing to follow thru with the terms of their lease. We are very sorry that Ms. Autumn is unhappy with the previous tenents but we have taken care of her as much as possible.
